NICE Tanzania (NT) demonstrates their ability to handle large-scale initiatives and projects of different clients satisfying the unique client's requirements with end-to-end solutions covering the different stages of project management starting from benchmarking, market researches and baselining to designing sustainable interventions with impact report to ensure our client's objective are achieved and continue to positively impact the targeted beneficiaries.

Capacity Building and Community Engagement

The project's impact on over 25,500 beneficiaries +90 organizations showcases NT’s ability to engage and empower local communities in developing human capital skill sets and other capacity building activities designed uniquely to serve our donors strategic objectives.

Throughout NT's portfolio of programs with different levels of stakeholders over the past 6 years. NT's established a strong networks of collaborations with different stakeholders including private, third sector, and governmental bodies. Empowering our beneficiaries to a unique ecosystem of collaborations to excel in their scope of work.

Financial aids and Logistics Management

NT along side with its sister companies in Indonesia and Kyrgyzstan have managed more than €4,000,000 worth of equipment procured for organizations. In addition, NICE provides blended finance solutions to financially support its targeted beneficiaries with a pool of fund reached €1,500,000. NT's experience in managing significant financial resources and procurement requirements is essential for managing donor funds effectively.

Our History

2016

Recognition of the Need for Sustainable Social Enterprises

NICE Global is established through a joint social partnership between NAMA Foundation, an international organisation based in Malaysia, and Xelton Cyprus

2017

NICE Global begins its journey as the Nama Integrated Centre of Excellence (NICE).

It focuses on implementing NAMA Foundation projects in three countries across three continents.

2022

NICE transitions into a social enterprise driven by a strong commitment to sustainability and social impact

It evolves into NICE Tanzania Consulting Limited as part of NICE Global Impact, operating in Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, and Tanzania.

2024

NICE Tanzania, along with sister organizations NICE Kyrgyzstan and NICE Indonesia, operates under NICE Global.

The collaboration spans three regions and different sociocultural contexts.
